Abstract:Inorder to improve the waterprof performance ofconcrete structure inbuildingconstruction,carbonizedflyash was preparedbycarbonizationreaction withflyashandcarbideslagasraw materials,andthenanewtypeofflyashbased waterprof coating suitable forbuildingconstructionwasprepared bycombining it withcement,polymerlotionand otheraditives.The influenceoftheamountofcarbonizedflyashontheperformanceof waterprofcoating was investigatedthroughlaboratorytests, andtheinfluenceoftheamountofcarbonizedflyashontheperformanceoffoamconcretewasevaluated.Theresultsshowthat when the mass fraction of carbonized fly ash is 30% ,it has good hydrophobicity,tensile properties,and aging resistance. The surface contact angle can reach over 150∘ ,the tensile strength is3.61 MPa,the elongation at break is 340.85% ,and the tensile strength after28daysof thermalagingcanstillreach3.51MPa.Compared withthe blank foam concretesample,the waterabsorptionandthermalconductivityoftheconcretesamplearesignificantlyreduced,thefrostresistanceissignificantly improved,andtheconcretesamplehasgoodwaterproof propertiesandthermalinsulationefect,whichissuitableforuse inthe waterproof construction of concrete structures.

0 引言
混凝土结构长期暴露在恶劣的环境中极易出现破损、强度减小以及耐久性能下降的问题,尤其是在湿度较高或者雨水较多的环境中,混凝土结构内部水分含量增大,而水分中如果含有较多的盐离子或者酸性气体( CO2 和 SO2 )时更易引起盐侵蚀和混凝土中钢筋的锈蚀,导致其耐久性能降低,缩短混凝土结构的使用寿命[1-2]。(剩余5775字)
