坚硬顶板沿空留巷充填体加固技术研究

Abstract:Aimingattheproblemsofbulgeand instabilityofilingbodyingobsideentryretaining withhardrof,taking15209 workingfaceoflingzidacoalmineastheengeeringbackground,thestabilityanddeformationcharacteristicsoffllngbodyin gobsideentryretainingwereanalyzedbyusingnumericalsimulationandtheoreticalcalculationmethodoffilingbody reinforcementmechanicalmodel,andthecompositereinforcementstructureof"frameandprestresedsplitbolt"offllingbody under theconditionof blastingand prespliting hardroof was proposed.Theresearch resultsshowthat:underthe influenceof rotatingdynamicloadofhardroof,crackspenetratingtheinclineddirectionofthefilingbodyappearinthefilingbody,and thereare twofailureformsofshearand tension.Obvious bulgeappearsatthetopof goafsideandthebotomofretainedroadway side,andtheintegrityisdamaged,whichisveryprone to instability;Thereinforcementcomponentappliesprestressnboth sidesof theflingbody,andthelateralconstraintchangesfromthefreesurfacestatetothestressconstraintsurfacestate.Its stiffess and strength are improved,and the range of shear and tensile failure plastic zone isreduced by 76% and 43%respectively.Thereisnobulgeontheoutsideandtheinterallargecrack issignificantlyreduced,whichcanmakefulluseof thestabilityoftefilingbodyandreducethesldingandrelativedisplacementofthefillingbody.Inengineeringpractice,the lateral and longitudinal deformation of the filling body are 170mm and 200mm respectively,maintaining high post peak strength and good bearing effect,which can provide reference for related projects.
