再生微粉泡沫混凝土力学性能研究

Abstract:Inorder toimprove thelevelofresourceutilizationofconstruction waste,theresearchonthe preparationof ecycled micro-powderfoam concrete by physical foaming process was carried out.The amountof fixed recycled fine powder is 10% of thetotalamountofcementitiousmaterials.TheX-raydifractionpaternofrecycledmicro-powderfoamconcretewas analyzed,andtheinfluenceof water-binderratioonthe strength ofrecycled micro-powderfoamconcretewas revealed.The efect of adding rubber powderandfiberonthe performance ofrecycled micro-powder foam concrete was analyzed.The results showthatthe flexuralandcompresive strengthof recycledmicro-powder foam concrete increase with the decreaseof waterbinderratio,andtheoverallawissimilartothatofordinaryconcrete,buttheincreaseisgreater.Theaditionofruber powderand fibercan improvethedistributionofporesizein foamconcrete,increase theproportionofsmallpores in the specimen,and improvethecompresive strengthand flexural strengthofrecycledfine powderfoamconcrete.The findingsmay provide guidance for related engineering projects.
