Abstract:Glioblastoma(GBM) is the most aggressive malignant tumour among gliomas,and the mechanism of its malignant progression isstill unclear.GBM hasits ownunique immune microenvironment(TME)and glycometabolicfeatures,leading tosignificant heterogeneityandmetabolicplasticityof tumourcels.Theeffcacyof single-targetdrugs is limited.Glycolytic metabolism transcriptionalregulators and epigeneticalterations are aociated withitsoccurrenceandprogresion,whilerelatedmetabolicpathwaysandtargetsprovidepotential positive implications for thedevelopmentof novel therapeuticapproaches.Theaimof this reviewis to summarize thecurrent newtargeted therapeutic approaches and ideas for the treatment of GBM.
