侧脑室原始神经外胚层肿瘤1例及文献复习

Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the histopathological originand treatment of primitive neuroectodermal tumor （PNET）.MethodsThepathological findingsand treatment process of apatientwith lateral ventricle PNET admited to theFirstAfiliated Hospitalof Soochow UniversityinJuly2O16 wereretrospectivelyanalyzed.Combined withrelevant literaturereportsonthepathologyandtreatmentofPNET，the histopathologicaloriginand treatment points of PNETwere explored.ResultsThe patient's preoperative imaging suggested a malignant tumor in the lateral ventricle.Enhancedmagnetic resonance imaging（MRI）showed thatthe masswassignificantly unevenly enhanced. Microsurgery was performed to completelyremove the tumor with adjuvantradiationand chemotherapy.Postoperative pathology confirmed a primitive neuroectodermal tumor.The patient recovered wellafter surgeryand had noobvious discomfort or recurrence.ConclusionsPrimitive neuroectodermal tumors originate from primitive pluripotent stem cells，have a high extent of malignancy，and have a poor prognosis. Surgery is the main，safe and efective way to treat PNET，supplemented with radiotherapy and chemotherapy after surgery and regular follow-up of head imaging.

原始神经外胚层肿瘤（primitiveneuroectodermal tumor，PNET）是一种起源于神经嵴原始神经上皮的肿瘤，多发生于周围神经系统，发生于中枢神经系统的PNET十分罕见[1]本文报道了苏州大学附属第一医院2016年7月收治的1例右侧侧脑室PNET患者，经综合治疗后预后良好，以期为此病的临床诊治提供参考。（剩余9533字）
