Abstract: Objective To evaluate the application value Multimodal Image Fusion(MOIF) technology assisted trajectory planning for robot stereotactic surgery(ROSS) supported by multi scene artificial intelligence(AI) system in the surgery minor hypertensive thalamic hemorrhage (HTH).MethodsThe clinical data 97 cases minor HTH patients with low risk active bleeding identified by AI imaging diagnosis system admited to the from November 2022 to November 2O24 were analyzed retrospectively. Among them,45 cases early application ROSS MOIF assisted trajectory planning hematoma drainage were included in the study group,and 52 cases stereotactic asssted drainage were included in the control group. The diffrences in postoperative target accuracy,hematoma clearance rate,drainage tube retention time, after 90 days treatment, Glasgow coma scale(GCS) score,incidence lower limb venous thrombosis,incidence nosocomial pneumonia,national institutes health stroke scale(NIHSS) score,modified Rankin scale(mRS)score,and activities daily living(ADL) score between two groups patients were compared,and the application value ROSS MOIF technology assisted trajectory planning in surgery minor HTH was evaluated.ResultsThere were significant differences( P<0.05 )in the incidence lower limb venous thrombosis,nosocomial pneumonia,
NIHSS score,mRS score,and ADL score between the study group and the control group after 90 days treatment. There were no significant diferences in target accuracy, hematoma clearance rate,drainage tube retention time,and GCS score( P>0.05, ).ConclusionsMOIF technology ROSS assisted trajectory planning can significantly improve the effectiveness surgery in minor HTH and improve patient prognosis.
