Abstract:ObjectiveTo analyze risk factors for cerebral herniation inpatients with intracerebral hemorrhage and construct a corresponding risk prediction model. MethodsThe clinical data 425 patients with intracerebral hemorrhage admited to , from January 2023to December 2023 wereanlyzed retrospectively. The patients were randomly divided into a modeling group(298 cases)and a validation group(127 cases). The modeling group was furr subdivided into a cerebral herniation group(81 cases) and a non-cerebral herniation group(217 cases),while validation group was subdivided into a cerebral herniation group(28 cases)and a non-cerebral herniation group(99 cases).Univariate and multivariate logistic regression analyses were used to identify risk factors for cerebral herniation after intracerebral hemorrhage.ResultsUnivariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that cerebral edema,rebleeding,midline shift,and abnormal pupillary light reflex were independent risk factors for cerebral herniation in patientswith intracerebral hemorrhage( P
