Abstract: Objective To investigate the relationship between serum zinc finger E-box binding homeobox protein 1( ZEB1)and NOD-like receptor family CARD domain protein 4(NLRC4) with neurological function and prognosis in patients with traumatic brain injury(TBI).MethodsOne hundred and twenty-six TBI patients in Shijiazhuang People's Hospital were recruited as TBI group from February 2023 to February 2024.They were assigned into mild group(52 cases),moderate group(42 cases),and severe group(32 cases). Meantime,126 healthy volunteers were marked as control group.ELISA method was used to detect serum ZEB1 and NLRC4. There were 42 cases in the poor prognosis group and 84 cases in the good prognosis group in this study. Spearman correlation was used to explore the relationship between serum ZEB1,NLRC4 and neurological function in TBI. Receiver operating characteristic(ROC) curve was used to explore the predictive value of serum ZEBl and NLRC4 for the prognosis of TBI. Multiple Logistic regresson was used to explore the factors influencing the prognosis of TBI.
