麦类壳多胞斑点病菌的快速检测方法研究

摘要 利用麦类壳多胞斑点病菌β-tubulin一段保守基因序列,设计特异性引物进行麦类壳多胞斑点病菌的检测,并进行特异性与灵敏度验证。结果显示,该方法特异性强,灵敏度可达5 pg/μL,适合于麦类壳多胞斑点病菌的快速检测。

Abstract This study utilized partly conserved gene sequence of β-tubulin in Parastagonospora pseudonodorum,designed specific primers for the detection of Parastagonospora pseudonodorum,with specificity and sensitivity verified.The results showed that this method had strong specificity and a sensitivity of up to 5 pg/μL and suitable for rapid detection of Parastagonospora pseudonodorum.
