青少年短视频过度使用的现状及其对注意力的影响

【Abstract】Objective To explore the current situation of adolescents'excessive use of short videos and itsimpactonattention.MethodsThis studyusedthe ShortVideoOveruseScale,AdolescentAtention Test,SelfControl Questionnaire,and the Hyperactivity Subscaleof the StrengthsandDifficulties Questionnaire to assess adolescents.A total of 712 valid questionnaires were collected.Results ① Excessive short video use showed a significant negative correlation with self-control ( r=-0.512 ,P<0.Oo1)and a significant positive correlation with hyperactivity-inattention P<0.001 ).Self-control was significantly negatively correlated with hyperactivityinattention r=-0.502 P<0.01 ). ② Excessive short video use not only directly affected hyperactivity-inattention,but also indirectlyaffected it through the mediating role of self-control.This mediating effect accounted for 47.5% of the total effect.ConclusionExcessive short video use among adolescents can not only directly affect hyperactivityinattention,butalsoindirectlyaffecthyperactivityandatentiondeficitthroughthemediating efectofself-control. Reducing the use ofshort videosand improving self-control abilityare key approaches to alleviateadolescents' attention problems.
