Experience of Treating Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy with Jin's Needle Wrapping Based on Meridian Sinew Theory

Abstract：Cervical spondylotic radiculopathy is closely related to the imbalance of the mechanical equilibrium and structural instabilityof thecervical meridian sinews.Theprincipleof treatment is tountangle knots，relieve the compressionofthe transversecollteralsonthe meridian vessels，promote thefreeflowofqiand blood，andrestore the normal functionof meridian sinews.Jin's needle wrapping，founded by Mr.JINWenhua，is characterized by its simplicity，mild manualstimulation，and strong needle sensation.Itcanrelax muscles and untangle knots，ffectively treating meridian sinew-related diseases.This paper analyzes thecorrelationamong meridian sinewtheory，Jin's needle wrapping，and cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.It introduces the guiding role of meridian sinew theory intreating cervicalspondylotic radiculopathyand shares clinical experiences of using Jin'sneedle wrapping for this condition， supported by case studies.
