Abstract：By organizing and summarizing the clinical research literature on the Qiuxu（GB4O）point over the past decade，it hasbeen found thatthis acupoint is widelyused in the treatmentof diseases such aspost-strokeankle motor dysfunction，migraine，andankleinjury.It hasthefunctions of sothing the liverand promoting galbladder function， harmonizing qiand blood，activating blood circulation toremove blood stasis，and unblockingcollaterals torelieve pain.Among the diseases mentioned above，the role of Qiuxu（GB4O）point in treating post-strokeankle dysfunction andankleinjuryis indispensable，andtheacupointisoftenused aloneorwithpenetrating needling.Whentreatingother diseases，it is mostlyusedincombination with other acupoints onthe same meridian ordiferent meridians.Atthe same time，the deficiencies of Qiuxu（GB40）point in modern research have been summarized and analyzed，in the hope of better inspiringclinical practice and guiding scientific research.
