Abstract：Cervical vertigo falsunder the category of "vertigo"in Chinese Medicine.The sinew-bone theory emphasizes the mutual influence of sinews and bones，which maintain along-term dynamic equilibrium.The imbalance state of "displacementof sinewsand misalignmentofbones"isacriticalpathogenesis of cervical vertigo.Thisarticle elucidates the mechanisms of Chinese medicine therapies-such as Tuina and bone-seting，exerciseguidance， acupuncture and moxibustion，and Chinese herbal medicine—in correcting sinew-bone imbalances and restoring the physiological stateof "proper bone alignmentand supple sinews"in the cervical spine.It further deepens the understanding of Chinese medicine therapies for treating cervical vertigo.
