Clinical Study on Combination Use of Ear Holography Copper Bian Scraping and Medicinal Cupping for Sudden Deafness of Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis Type

Abstract：Objective：To observe the clinical effct of the combination use of earholography copper bian scraping and medicinal cupping onsudden deafness ofqi stagnation and blood stasis type.Methods：A totalof 8O patients with sudden deafnessof qi stagnationand blood stasis type treated in the Departmentof Otorhinolaryngology，Wenzhou Central Hospital from July2O22 to March 2O024 were selectedand divided into theobservation group and the control group by the random number table method，with 40 cases in each group.Both groups were given conventional nursing. The control group was additionally given glucocorticoid，microcirculation improvement and neutral nutrition，and the observation group was additionally treated with ear holography copper bian scraping combined with medicinal cupping based on the treatment of the control group.The prescription of medicinal cupping was modified Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction，once every 3days，10 times in total asa course of treatment.The Visual Analogue Scale（VAS）scores of hearing threshold，tinnitusandearfullness before andafter treatment，andtheclinical efectswere respectively comparedbetween the two groups.Results：Aftertreatment，the VASof hearingthreshold，tinnitus and earfulness of the two groups were reduced when compared with those before treatment （ P<0.05 ），and the above three scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group （ P<0.05 ）.The total effective ratewas 72.5% （29/40）in the observation group，higher than 50.0% （20/40）of the control group （ ⌈P<0.05 ）.Conclusion： The combination use of ear holographycopper bian scraping and medicinal cupping can improve the tinitusandear fullness of patients with sudden deafnessof qistagnation and blood stasis type，decrease the hearing threshold and help recover the hearing.
