Abstract：This paper summarizes Professor XING Yufeng's clinical experience in diferentiating and treating metabolic（nonalcoholic）faty liver disease with obstructive slep apnea basedon the theoryof "Jiang-Fu mutual interference".Profesor XING believes thatthe key pathogenesis involves the mutual interference between JiangandFu organs and theobstruction of qi and blood.The treatment focuses on soothing the liver and regulating the lungs to harmonize the interaction between Jiang andFu.Basedon syndrome diferentiation，for liver and lungqi stagnation syndrome，thetreatment principleis to soothe the liver，regulate thelungs，and smooh qiflow，with Xiaoyao Powder asthe base prescription with modifications；for phlegm-turbidityobstruction syndrome，the principleis to eliminate turbidity，resolvefat，stopsnoring，with Quzhuo HuazhiPrescription as the base with modifications；forqi stagnation andblood stasis syndrome，the principleis to promote qiand invigorate blood，eliminate stasis，and dissipate masses， with Kangxian Xiaoji Prescription as the base with modifications.Meanwhile，theconceptof "preventive treatmentof disease" is implemented throughoutthediagnosticand therapeutic process，achieving remarkable therapeuticeffects.
