Standardized Stepwise Treatment Experience of LONG's Method for Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy

Abstract：This article introduces Professor LONG Xiangyu's experience in treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy（CSR）.ProfessorLONG believes that CSR is a condition characterized bydeficiency inroot and excess in branch，caused byboth internaland external pathogenicfactors leading todamaged vesselsandcollterals，and obstructedqi and blood flow.He categorizesCSR into acute，subacute，and chronic stages based onthe disease progression，and into compresion and injury types based on clinical symptoms.Consequently，he proposes the LONG's standardized stepwise diagnosis and treatment plan，which involves stage-specific and type-specific tuina techniques. This approach has achieved significant clinical efficacy.
