Analysis on Medication Rules of LIANG Bangshun in Treating Tuberculosis Based on Data Mining

Abstract:Objective:To analyze the medication rules of Professor LIANG Bangshun in treating tuberculosis with Chinesemedicine basedondata mining.Methods:Theclinicaldataof patients with tuberculosis diagnosed and treated in the Chinese medicine ward andoutpatient departmentof Guangzhou Chest Hospital from May1,2021 to April 30, 2024 were collected and input into Microsoft Excel to establish a database for frequencyanalysis of medications, properties,flavors and meridian entries of Chinese herbs.SPSS Modeler software and R language were used to analyze the asociationrules,clustering and corelation ofthedata.Results:Atotalof 259 prescriptions of Chinese medicine were included,involving 149 Chineseherbs,withatotal frequencyof3417 times.The most frequentlyused Chinese herbswereGlycyrrhizae Radix etRhizoma,followed by Poria,CodonopsisRadix,Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma stir-fried with bran,fried Coicis Semen,etc.The four propertiesof theChinese herbs were mostly warm, cooland neutral,the five flavors were mostly sweet,biterand pungent,andthe meridian entries were mainlythe lung and spleen.The associationrules analysis showed that Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma stir-fried with branGlycyrhizae RadixetRhizoma was with the highestsupport,folowed by CodonopsisRadix-Glycyrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,andPoria-Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma stir-fried with bran was with the highest numberof cooccurrences.Three core combinations of Chinese herbs were obtainedbyclustering analysis,and the corelation between the three groups of Chinese herbs was higher.Conclusion:Inthe treatment of tuberculosis,Professor LIANG
Bangshun pays more atention tobank up theearth for central regulation and metal generation,jointlyregulating the lung function and spleen function.

肺结核是由结核分枝杆菌引起的一种慢性呼吸道传染病,西药抗结核治疗是治疗的主要方式,但西药抗结核治疗对肝肾等重要器官的损害较大,容易发生不同程度的不良事件,常导致治疗的中断或不规则,存在加重病情或产生耐药的风险。(剩余7023字)
