Introduction of HU Zhijun's Experience in Treating Osteopenia with Method of Boosting Qi，Dissolving Stasis，and Supplementing the Kidney

Abstract：This paper introduces Professor HU Zhijun's clinical experience in treating osteopenia using the method of boostingqi，dissolving stasis，andsupplementing the kidney.Osteopeniaisanearlyclinical stateofosteoporosis， characterized mainly by joint pain，muscle spasms，and fatigue. Profesor HU Zhijun believes that osteopenia falls within thecategory of boneatrophyin Chinesemedicine，with the pathogenesis rooted in kidney deficiencyas the primary cause and blood stasis as the secondary manifestation.The treatment using the methodof boostingqi，dissolving stasis，andsupplementingthe kidneycanboostqi and nourishthe blood，activate blood circulation toremove stasis， supplementthe kidneyandreplenish esence，harmonize yinand yang，andregulatethevisceraand mobilize the limbs.
