Abstract：This paper introduces Professor LI Shucheng's clinical experience in treating cancer-related fatigue using the acupunctureof reinforcing yang and unblocking vesels.Professr LI Shucheng believes that cancer-related fatigue is often characterizedbythe deficiencyof yangqi and interweaved of deficiency and excess.The main pathogenesis is the interweavingof deficiency，excess，and stagnation.Treatment should focus onpromoting fre flow andusing this promotion asatonification method.Theacupuncture methodofreinforcing yang andunblocking the vesels -namely，reinforcing healthyqi，supporting yang，andregulating the veselsqi—should beapplied inthe treatment.
