ABSTRACT:Theapplicationoforganic-inorganic compound fertilizers can improve soil microbialcommunities.The study investigated theeffectsof differentformulationsoforganic-inorganiccompoundfertilizersontherhizosphere soilmicrobial community structure in tobacco under upland and paddy-dryland rotation(paddy fields)planting paterns in Fuchuan County,Hezhou,Guangxi.The results showed therhizosphere fungi andbacteria exhibited diferential sensitivity to organic-inorganic compoud fertilizer formulationsunderuplandand paddy-upland rotation cultivation modes.In upland fields,teaseed mealcompound fertilizersignificantly promotedsynergistic proliferationofboth fungaland bacterial communities.Conversely,under paddy-upland rotation,soybean mealcompoundfertilizer selectively enhanced the abundance ofrhizosphere bacterialcommunities.Notably,neither tea seed meal(in uplandfields)norsoybean meal(in paddy fields)formulations significantly afected thegrowthof the pathogenic bacterium Ralstonia sp..These findings establishedatheoretical foundation fortargetedoptimizationof organic-inorganiccompound fertilizer formulationsinthe Hezhou tobacco-growing region of Guangxi.
