ABSTRACT： Inorder toclarifythe differences indisease resistanceof different peonyvarieties topeony leaf mold in Yangzhou region，this studyusedtheleavesof173 peonyvarieties in Yangzhoucityas materials.Firstly，a two-year field in vestigation was conducted，and 26 resistant and 26susceptible varieties were preliminarily screened.Subsequently，the resultsof thepreliminary investigation were furthervalidated through theisolationand reatachmentof mycelial blocks. Based onthecomprehensive resultsof the two parts，7resistantvarieties and13 susceptible varieties were selected.Inorderto determine the most suitable pesticide for preventing and controling peony leaf mold in Yangzhou region，a pesticide spraying and disease investigation wereconducted on7o“DaFuGui”peony varieties.It wasconfirmed that among the four tested pesticides， pyrazole ether fungicide had the best control effect on peony leaf mold in Yangzhou region.
