ABSTRACT:The UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS method was used to analyze the chemical composition Wenjing Decoction, and the separation was carred out on a Kromasil 1O0-1.8-C18 column with a gradient elution acetonitrile 0.05% formic acid water solution at a volume flow rate 0.4mL⋅min-1 and a column temperature 35°C . ESI was used with both positive and negative ionization modes,and thecomposition was identifiedand confirmed by analyzing the accurate molecular weight and the massfragmentation patternby UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS as wellas comparing with the multistage mass spectrometricdata from the standard substances,stware prediction andliterature data.Atotal 75 chemical components were identified from the benchmark sample(extracting solution) Wenjing Decoction,including 28 saponins,16 terpenoids,13flavonoids,5 phenolicacids,5phthalides,3ketosteroidand5othercompounds,andall thecomponents were present in relevant herbs.Inconclusion,UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS enables a rapid,comprehensive method for systematic qualitative analysis thechemical constituents in the extracting solution Wenjing Decoction,whichcan providea basis for clarifying the effective substances and improving the level quality control.
