三聚氰胺双模式传感快速检测技术的建立及在奶粉中的应用

ABSTRACT:Melamine poses significant risks to human healthand developing detection technologies for melamine in milk powder is crucialfor ensuring the quality controlof dairy products. Basedon the interaction between melamine and gold sol,adual-mode sensing detection technologyutilizing UV-visibleabsorption spectroscopyand surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy(SERS)was establishedunder optimalconditions.The results demonstrated that the UV-visible absorption peak of gold sol and the SERS peak of melamine at 715cm-1 exhibited excellent linear relationships with melamine concentrations ranging from O.00l to 1.0mmol⋅L-1 and 0. 000 1 to 0.1mmol⋅L-1 ,respectively,with a detection limit as low as 0.1μmol⋅L-1 . The development of this dual-mode sensor technology can effectively minimize false positives,significantlyenhancingtheaccuracyof detectionresults.Additionally,itofers rapidand straightforward analysis,makingit promising for on-site melamine detection.
