大豆GmROP基因家族的鉴定及表达分析

ABSTRACT:The small GTPase proteins ROP are a classof signal transduction proteins unique to plants and play mportant roles in various aspects of plant growth and development. However,research on soybean (Glycine max)ROP genes (GmROP)remains limited.This studycomprehensively used bioinformatics methods to identifyand systematically analyze the GmROP gene family members.The results indicated that 20 GmROP genes were identified in the soybean genome,mainly as a result of segmental duplication events.Predictions regarding subcelularlocalization showed thatthese proteins were primarilydistributed in chloroplastsand thecytoplasm.The gene promoters containalarge numberof hormone response and abiotic stress elements. GmROP gene were structurall stable and had undergone strong purifying selection during the process of evolution.Tisue expression level analysis revealed thatmultiple GmROP genes were differentialyexpressed in various tisses,with GmROPla and GmROP6a being more highly expressed compared to other genes.GmROP8awas highly expressed in stem tissue andsignificantlyhigherin thethick-stemmed varieties thaninthethinstemmed ones.The findings of this study lay the foundation for further in-depth research on the function of GmROP genes in soybean stem development.
