螺虫乙酯及其代谢物在家蚕体内多残留检测方法的建立及应用分析

ABSTRACT: Spirotetramat is effective in controling piercing-sucking mouthparts pests,but in recent years,ithas ben found that insects and pests maydevelopresistance through metabolicadaptation.To investigate the metaboliccharacteristics of spirotetramat in insects,this study established a mult-residue analysis combining QuEChERS sample pretreatment method with liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) under negative ion scanning and multiple reaction monitoring modes.The method enabled simultaneous detection of spirotetramat andits four metabolites in silkwormtissues (midgut,silkglands,fat,blood,and feces).Theresults showedthatusing methanolas theextract solvent and 48mg octadecyl bonded silica gel ( C18 )as the absorbent,the recoveries of the five target compounds ranged from 80⋅2% to 108.7% ,with relative standard deviations between 0.5% and 9.9% . The limits of detection were 0.000 1- 0.003 8mg⋅kg-1 , meeting the requirements of pesticide residue detection standards. In summary,this study successfully established a multi-residueanalysis method fordetecting spirotetramatandits four metabolites in silkworms.This method ofers advantages such as simpleand eficient pretreatment,minimal matrix interference,high sensitivity,and broad applicability,thereby providingascientific basis forinvestigating themetabolic processes of spirotetramatandits metabo lites,as well as their distribution within silkworms.
