改良低剂量直接法CT静脉造影在下肢静脉曲张诊断中的应用

[Abstract]Objetive：Toexploretheeficacyandvalueofamodifiedlow-dosediret CTvenography（CTV）forassessing perforatingveinsinthediagnosisof lowerextremityvaricoseveins.Methods：Aretrospectiveanalysiswasconductedon 38patientswithlowerextremityvaricoseveinswhounderwentthemodifiedlow-doseCTV.Among the38cases，12caseshad varicoseveinsintheleftlowerextremity6casesintheright，and2Ocasesinthebilateral.Tworadiologistsscoredthe image quality and recorded the number of perforating veinsvisualized in both the deep-venous（ ΔV1 ）phase and the total venous （ V2 ）phase.The CTvaluesof theiliacvein，femoral vein，poplitealvein，tibial vein，varicoseveinandtheperforating vein in ΔV1 and V2 phases were measured，and the corresponding SNR and CNR were calculated. Results：The images demonstratedgodSNRandCNR，which metdiagnosticrequirements.In38cases，34cases（89.5%）hadgoodimage quality（3 points），and 4 cases（ 10.5% ）had average image quality（2points）.In ΔV1 phase，perforating veins were visualized in28cases，unilateralin13casesandbilateralin15cases，and12Operforatingveinswereshown，ofwhich29veiswere > （204号 3.5 cm in diameter and 81 were ≤3.5 cm.In V2 phase，perforating veins were visualized in 38 cases，unilateral in 18 cases andbilateralin2Ocasesand422perforatingveinswereshown，ofwhich10Oveinswere>3.5cmindiameterand322were ⩽ 3.5cm.Conclusions：ModifiedCTVofthelowerextremitiescandisplaytheextentanddistributionofvaricoseveins，which canprovideamorecomprehensiveassessmentofthenumberandlocationofabnormalperforatingveinsandtheirvalve function，thus providing a more accurate imaging approach for evaluating lower extremity.
