CT多期增强扫描特征模型对KIT第11号外显子突变型胃肠道间质瘤的预测效能

[Abstract]Objective:ToinvestigatethepredictiveefciencyofamodelbasedonmultiphaseenhancedCTfeaturesfor diagnosinggastrointestinalstromaltumor(GIST)withKIexon11mutation.Methods:Aretrospectivecolectionofmultiphase enhancedCTfeatureswasperformedin86GISTpatients,andtheywerecategorizedbasedonKITexon11mutationresults intothemutant GISTgroup(71cases)andthe non-mutant GISTgroup(15cases).Diferencesin CTfeatures between the two groups were compared using t -test or χ2 test.Univariate analysis was performed to identify potential predictors of KIT exon11mutantGISTs,whichwerethenincorporatedintoapredictivemodel,andthepredictiveeficiencyofthemodel was evaluated using ROC curve analysis.Results ∴ The mutant GIST group generally showed moderate enhancement during thevenousphase,whilethenon-mutantGISTgroupmostlyshowedmarkedenhancement,withasignificantdiferencebetween the two groups ( P<0.05 ). CT value,enhancement degree and rate in venous phase of the mutant GIST group were lower than those of the non-mutant GIST group (all P<0.05 ).Univariate analysis revealed that the enhancement classification,degree,rate and CT value in venous phase were the risk factors for the mutant GIST(all P <0.05),and the combined model constructed withtheabovefourriskfactorshadanAUCofO.761forpredictingthemutantGIST.Conclusions:Theenhancement clasification,degre,rateandCTvalueinvenousphasearetheriskfactorsforKITexon11mutantGIST,andthemodel based on the above factors shows a good performance in identifying GIST with KIT exon 11 mutation.
