Abstract Thestandardizationworkof thewolfberryindustryisaninherent requirementforimplementing the innovation-drivendevelopmentstrategyandapath topromoting thehigh-qualitydevelopmentof thewolfberry industry.Basedonasystematicreviewof thesupplycontentofwolfberry industrystandards，the framework oflaws and regulations，and thedevelopment policiesof thewolfberry industry，thekeydirectionsof thewolfberryqualityand safety standardsystem were defined，andtheguaranteeessenceof thewolfberry industrydevelopmentpolicies was discussed.The visionandoutlook for promoting the high-qualitydevelopmentofthewolfberry industryhave been put forwardfromaspects suchasadvancing the legislative protectionof the productionareas of genuine Chinese medicinal materials，buildinga "barrier" for thequalityand safetyof genuineChinese medicinal materials，strengthening the protectionpoliciesof the bases，consolidating theadvantagesanddevelopmentfoundationof the genuineproduction areas，adhering to the multi-entitycollborativeworking mechanism，and improving the industrial development guarantee system.With the aimof providing policy references for accelerating the standardization development process of the wolfberry industry.
