绿肥油菜对枸杞地土壤线虫群落的影响

AbstractField experiments were conductedto studythe effects of diffrent types of green manurerapeon the soil nematode community in lycium barbarum fields.The experiments included three treatments: planting and plowing Brassica campestris type green manure rape (Bc), Brassica napus type green manure rape (Bn),and conventional clear tillge management control (CK).The results showed that after one and a half months and three months of planting green manure rape,the number of soil nematodes in Bc treatment was significantly increased by 66.73% and 58.46% (204号 compared with CK,and the number of soil nematodes in Bn treatment was significantly increased by 103.45% and 72.90% compared with CK.After plowing green manure rape for one and a half months,the number of soil nematodes in Bc and Bn treatments was significantly reduced by 62.30% and 58.35% compared with CK. After 9O days the green manure rape was plowed, the number of soil nematodes in Bc and Bn treatments decreased by 5.10% and increased by 5.10% respectively compared withthe control CK.Meanwhile,the number of Bacterivores in Bc and Bn treatments was significantly higherthan thatin CK,while the numberof Herbivores was significantlylowerthan thatinCK,especially Heterodera.Compared with CK,the nematode channelratio (NCR)of BcandBn treatments was significantly increased inthefirstthreesampling,butsignificantlydecreased in the fourthsampling.The Shannon-Weiner index (H')slightly increased inthe firsttwosamplings,significantlydecreasedinthethirdsampling,andsignificantly increased nthe fourth sampling.The Wasilewska index (WI) significantly increased in the last three samplings.The maturity index (MI)offree-living nematodes increased significantly.The plant parasite index (PPI)decreased significantlyin the last three samplings.These results indicate that planting green manure rape is beneficial for increasing the numberof soil nematodes in lycium barbarum fields,which can increasethe relativeabundance and the numberof Bacterivores while reducing therelative abundanceand the numberof Herbivores.Moreover,the efectof Brasica napus is superiorto that of Brassica campestris.

枸杞作为西北地区重要的木本经济作物,在当地农业生产中发挥着重要的作用,但由于缺乏统一的生产技术与管理标准,注重化肥而轻视有机肥投入的现象在生产中普遍存在,长期单施化肥,不仅会引起枸杞植株早衰和产量下降,还会造成土壤紧实板结、盐渍化加重等理化性质恶化问题1-2]。(剩余10704字)
