Abstract Inresponse to the problemsof small growth of Toonasinensis,dificulty inoverwintering,and low photosynthetic product output due to carbon dioxide deficiency under low-temperature conditions in winter and spring infacilities,takingtheredToonasinensis from Weinan,ShaanxiProvinceastheexperimentalobjectandusing various waste resources such as organic waste corn stalks,quinoa stalks,and well-rotted cow dung + vermicompostas the main rawmaterials,four diffrent cultivation conditions were setup,namelyCK(greenhouse original soil),T1(crushed corn stalks + organic fertilizer and composted bacteria agent from corn stalks), T2(crushed quinoa stalks + organic fertilizer and composted bacteria agent from quinoa stalks),and T3 (composted cow dung + live earthworms), to explore the effcts of diferent waste biological reaction cultivation conditions on thediversityof soil microbial communities of Toona sinensis in facility.The results showed thatthe numberof OTUs shared among the samples (groups)under soil fungi was1,115,the numberofOTUsspecifictoT1treatment was 829,andthe numberofOTUs specific toT2 was 713 and among them,T3 (1,549)had more population-specific OTUs. Compared with the CK treatment,the soils under the threedifferentcultivation conditionsof wasteorganismswere significantlyenriched with Ascomycotaand Trichoderma. At theclass clasificationlevel,the Sordariomycetes andPhycomycetes were themost dominantmicrobial groups,and theirrelativeabundancesincreasedunderT1,T2andT3treatments.Theresultsofsoilbacteriaindicatedthat the number of OTUs specific to T1 was1,414,that specific to T2 was 767,that specific to T3 was 758,that specific to CK was 1 685,and the number of OTUs shared among samples (groups)was 2,974. Compared with the control treatment, therelativeabundancesof Proteobacteria,BacteroidotaandPhylum Firmicutes inthe three treatment groups were significantlyincreased.At theorderclassificationlevel,therelativeabundancesof BacteroidalesandPseudomonadales were significantlyincreased compared with CK.Among them,the differences in fungaland bacterial communities and bacterial diversity in T3 were more significant.
