Abstract Under the site conditions of fragmented terrain，complex landformsand poor soil texture inthe Mountainous Area of Southern Ningxia，the affrestation techniquesand effcts of the mixed modelof coniferousand broad-leaved trees and shrubs in the Mountainous Areaof Southern Ningxia were summarized from aspects such as aforestation tree species， slope orientation， time， afrestation technology selection and young forest management.

宁夏南部六盘山地区是“黄土高原一川滇生态屏障"重要组成单元，维系着西北内陆地区水汽调节和输送，影响宁夏南部、甘肃中部、陕西渭北区域的降水量，生态区位极其重要，是黄土高原的“绿岛"和“水塔”。（剩余6309字）
