我国公共图书馆服务定位之变化

摘要：公共图书馆是国家公共服务体系的重要组成部分，随着经济社会的发展，其服务功能也发生着改变。文章基于1994版《公共图书馆宣言》，论述了我国公共图书馆事业走过的三段具有历史意义的路程及其每段路程上我国公共图书馆服务定位的变化，希望能促进公共图书馆事业的进一步发展。

Changes in the Service Positioning of Public Libraries in China

Abstract： Public libraries are an important component of the national public service system， and their service functions are also changing with the development of the economy and society. The article is based on IFLA/UNESCO Public Library Manifesto in 1994， discussing the three historic journeys that China ’s public library industry has gone through and the changes in the service positioning of China ’s public libraries during each journey. It is hoped that this can promote the further development of the public library industry.
