Abstract：The high-quality development of competitive sports is an important partof the construction of a sports power， anddigital intellgence technologyprovides inexhaustiblepowerforit.Byusing themethodsofliteraturereview，field investigationand interview，thispaperexpoundstheconnotation，logical reasoning，realisticchalengesand practical directionsof empoweringthehigh-qualitydevelopmentofcompetitive sports in Chinabydigital intellgence technology.It holds that the logical reasoning toempowerthe high-qualitydevelopmentof competitivesports in China is that itcan promote accurateselection，scientific training，eficient participationandinnovativemanagement.Atpresent，the highqualitydevelopmentofcompetitivesports in China is stillfaced withrealisticchallenges，suchasisufficient talenteserve and dynamicevaluationandunbalancedregionaldigitalinteligenceinfrastructure，lowtechnicalcognitionand team eficiencyandpoorcontinuityof load monitoring，lackofreal sceneandanalysis technologyand insufficient interdisciplinarytalents，ndobstaclesininformationsharinganddepartmental linkageandlowsubjectivedigital inteligence literacy.Accordingly，itproposes thepractical directions toadhere tosmarttalent selectionsoas topromote theintellctual processofaccurate talentselection，toenhanceintellgence trainingsoastimprovetheintelectualefficiencyofscientific training，tostrengthen theintellectual participationsoas toenhance theintellectual protectionofefficientparticipation，nd to promote intelligent control management so as to improve the intellectual level of innovative management.
