Abstract：Withthein-depth developmentof thedigitaltransformationofeducation，digital driving hasgraduall becomean important power engine for improving the eficiency of school sports governance.By using the methods of literature review，interviewandlogicalanalysis，thispaper explainstheconnotationandaction mechanismsof theeiciency improvementof digitaldrivenschool sports governance，sortsouttherealisticchallenges，andputs forwardtargeted strategies.Itbelievesthattheefficiencyimprovementofdigitaldrivenschoolsportsgovernanceisbasedondata，upported by algorithmsand regarding platforms as carriers，and basedon the basic logicof“empowerment-authority endowmentintelligence endowment-accountabilityendowment”，which promotes theoptimizationof school sportsgovernance，the coordinationof govermancesubjects，themorescientificgoverance process，andthemoresolid governancebottomline.At the same time，thereare still some realistic chalenges，such as data management confusion weakening thevalue of governance data asets，fuzzy algorithmvalidityinterfering with the scientific decision-making of governance subjects， platform informationbarriersreducing theefficiencyof governance resourcealocation，the differentiation of subject concepts causing diferences in goverance practiceaction，the weak foundationof digital governance hindering the orderly operationof governance processs，and the absence of system construction restricting the transformation and upgrading of governance system.The targeted strategies should beapplied to standardizedata management，optimize algorithm validity， break platform bariers，reshape governance concepts，improve theconditions ofdigital governance，and improvethe system of digital governance，soas toachievethe orderlyeficiencyimprovementof digital driven school sports governance.
