Aversion Mechanisms of Risk Behaviors of Adolescents in Ice and Snow Sports ： BasedonModeratedMediationModel

Abstract：Inorder to explore theaversion mechanisms of risk behaviors of adolescents iniceandsnow sports，this study constructs amoderated mediation model to investigate the impact of adolescents’riskcognition onrisk behavioriniceand snowsports，andtorevealthemediatingroleof stateanxietyandthemoderatingroleofself-efficacy.Through the Adolescents'Risk Cognition andRisk Behavior in Iceand Snow SportsQuestionnaire，the State Anxiety Scale，and the General Self-EficacyScale，itusesross-sectionalsurveymethodtoinvestigateatotalof1405adolescents.Results：he riskcognitionof adolescents isata poor level，andtheyconduct more risk behaviors in ice and snowsports;Adolescents’ risk cognitionsignificantlynegatively predictstheirrisk behaviorsiniceandsnowsports，andstate anxiety playsa “masking efect”in the process;Andself-effcacy significantlymoderates the influenceof riskcognitiononstate anxiety in ice and snowsports.Conclusions：Thecurrent situationof adolescents’risk cognitionand risk behavior in iceand snow sports is not optimistic;Adolescents’riskcognition is a crucialfactor influencingontheir risk behavior in iceand snow sports，and indirectlyafects theriskbehavior iniceandsnowsportsthrough stateanxiety;Andself-eficacycanbufferthe negativeimpactofrisk cognitionon stateanxiety in iceandsnow sports.Suggestions：Thecollaborativeeducationof “family，school，and society”isconducted to promote adolescents’risk cognition education in iceandsnow sports; Emotional recognition andregulation isapplied to efectively manage adolescents’stateanxiety;The double empowerment of “ skills + psychological training” is constructed to comprehensively enhance adolescents’ self-efficacy.
