Abstract: The hazardous waste incineration flue gas denitrification system at CNOOC Huizhou Petrochemical's sludge incineration facilityemploysaprecision denitrification solutioncombining low-temperature SNCRandSCR technologies. Byreplacing the high-temperature catalyst (300 C )withalow-temperature rare-earth-based SCR catalyst (180 C ),the system eliminates the need for auxiliary combustion heaters while maintaining NOxemissions atthe kilnoutlet below 50 (20 mg/Nm3 under conditions with SO concentrations ⩾500mg/Nm3 . The average denitrification effciency reaches ≥ 88 % , 2 significantlyreducingfuelgasconsumption.Theintegratedannualoperatingcosts areprojected tosave over2millon yuan Key words: sludge incineration; low-temperature rare-earth catalyst; hazardous waste incineration
