50Mn热轧窄带钢表面氧化铁皮结构及成因分析

Abstract:Thecharacteristicsof theoxide,formationreasonsand picklingrulesof theoxidein different positions of the 50 Mn hot roled narrow strip by means of SEM,EDS and XRD.The results showed that the side position has a larger thicknessof ionoxideskinand poorseparation inthepickling process,itis noteasy topickling.Thephasesatdifferent positions are composed of edges of plate with Fe 2O3 :Fe 3O4 :FeO:30:3:57:13,1/4of platewith F e2O3 :Fe304:26:26:26:26, (20 1/2 of plate with F e203 : Fe3O4: FeO=49:35:16; 3/4: F e203 :Fe ;3O4 : FeO=7:75:18,the other edges of plate with F e203 I :FeO=42:54:4.Theredoxide skinontheupperandlowersurfaceof the stripsteelisdue totheinsuffcient tension or collapse of the strip steel roll,resulting in the largegapbetween the stripstee,and then promote the productionof iron oxide skin.
