Abstract：The pellet production line of Zhangxuan Technology Pellet Company provides high -grade pellets with good physical andchemical properties forthe gas-based shaft furnace.Among them，compressive strength and particle size are important indicators.The company optimizes and improves the raw material structure，peletizing process， modificationof thepartition wallofthecircularcooler，andairutilization，tc.，toensure that thequalityof high-grade pellets meets the requirements of the gas-based shaft furnace.
