露天矿山开发受高速公路、输送变电线路、文物、重点项目、重要设施等特殊保护设施的限制，成了名副其实的限制开采区，矿产资源得不到开发利用，传统的爆破开采方式往往因安全距离和环境污染等问题而受到严格限制，非爆破开采工艺应运而生，很好地解决这些问题。（剩余3625字）
