Abstract:Toaddressenergyand environmental issues and ensuresustainableeconomicandsocial development,China has set goals of "peak carbon emissions"by 2O3Oand"carbon neutrality"by 206O.The Notice of the StateCouncil on Issuing the Action Plan for Peaking Carbon Emissions Before 2030 (NDRC [2021] No.23)proposes to "vigorously develop new energy,comprehensively promote large-scale and high-quality development of wind and solar power, adhere to centralized and distributed development,andaccelerate the construction of wind and photovoltaic power generation bases."As the fastest developing and most promising form of renewable energy,solar photovoltaic power generation has also broughtopportunities forthedevelopmentof thesteel industry.Thisarticle intends toanalyze the current situation,policyorientation,and industryprospects of the photovoltaic industry.Basedonthis,byanalyzingthe mainstelparts,characteristics,andconsumptionofthephotovoltaicindustry,itpredictsthefuturedemandforstlin the photovoltaic industrygraspsthefuture developmentdirectionoftheindustry,clarifies thescaleofsteelconsumption in the industry,and provides reference information support for relevant practitioners.
