Abstract:In order toobtain theconcentration of the salt spraycolectionsolution that meets thestandard requirements,thecorrsponding relationship isestablishedbetween theconcentrationof theprepared solutionand the concentration of thecollection solution inthe steam heating type salt spray corrosion test chamber:A sodium chloride salt solution with a concentration of 7.0% (70 g/L) is prepared,and the concentration of the collected solution obtained couldmeet therequirementsof ISO11997-1:2017(5Og/L±5g/L).Foraluminumally thatcanbestrengthened by heattreatment,after thecyclicsalt spray corrosion test,observe thecorrosioncondition on thesample surface.2 to 3 areas with relativelysevere corosionare selectedon thesample surface,andthe transverse crosssectionof the vertical main deformation direction is used as the observation surface to prepare metalographic specimens,measure the maximumcorrosiondepth,and observe thecorrosion type.Combined with the macroscopiccorrosion morphologyof the original surfaceandthemicroscopiccorosionmorphologyof thecrosssection,theabilityof thematerial toresist cyclic salt spray corrosion can be evaluated comprehensively.
