Abstract:To achieve the design philosophy of energy conservation,emission reduction,cost decreasing and benefit increasing,taking theengine mount bracketofa medium-sized truck as the research object,this paper adoptsa multidisciplinarytopologyoptimizationdesignmethod,comprehensivelyconsideringfactorssuchasstructural strength, stfnessand modetoachievethelightweightdesignofthemountbracketonthebasisof meting thedurabilityand Noise,Vibration,Harshness(NVH) performance.Lightweightdesignof the mount bracket structure is performed based onmultipleworkingconditions,andfactorssuchasmaterial strength,modal frequencyandstiffnessperformanceare considered comprehensively.While ensuringtherational optimizationof thestructure,themount bracket weightis reduced by 20.8%,whilethe performance is greatly improved,with a modal increase of 13.9%andanaverage safety factor increase of 35% :
