Abstract:This study systematically analyzed the keyfactors affcting fruit shedding through literature review and vibration-induced fruit drop experiments on camelliaoil fruits.Basedonorthogonal experiments and single-factorrotation methods,the operating parameters ofthe vibration picking device were optimized.The results showed that under the parameters of 15Hz frequency, 25mm amplitude,and 12.5 s duration,the picking rate reached 95.5% with a flower-fruit loss rate of only 4.7% . A multiple linear regression model ( R2=0.89 ) was established to quantify the impact of vibration parameters on harvesting eficiency.The research outcomes provide theoretical and data support for reducing tree damage,improving harvesting eficiency,and promoting the engineering application of vibration picking devices,which is critical for advancing the mechanization of the camelia oil industry.
