单槽式外槽轮排肥器起始相位的仿真优化设计

Abstract:In viewofthe problems oflow fertilizer utilizationrateand excessivefertilization amountin current corn intertillage topdressing,an improved single slot external fluted wheel fertilizer discharger capable of realizing stripsegment hole fertilization was designed.Basedon the structural combination and working principleof the fertilizer discharger,the theoretical fertilizer discharge amount was determined.The EDEM software was used to establish a simulation modelofthe fertilizer discharger tosimulate the fertlizerdischarge process.Asingle-factor experiment was cariedoutwiththeinitialphaseofthe fertilizeroutletasthetestfactorandthecoeficientofvariationoffertilizer discharge uniformityas the evaluation index.Theresults showed thatthe initial phaseof the fertilizer outlet hadan extremely significant impact on the fertilizer discharge uniformity P<0.000 1 ),and the curve of the coefficient of variationoffertizerdischarge showedanoveralltrendoffirst decreasingandthen increasing.Whenthe initial phase of the fertilizer outlet was -6~7.5∘ ,the coeffcient of variation of fertilizer discharge uniformity was in the range of (204号 13.37%~14. 03% ,indicating good fertilizer discharge uniformity. Through the quadratic function Y=0. 086X2 (204号 (204号 +0.08X+9.80 ( R2=0.997 ),it could be obtained that when the initial phase of the fertilizer outlet was -0.47∘ , the coefficient of variation of fertilizer discharge uniformity was 9.78% . According to the initial phase of the fertilizer outlet of -0.47∘ , the simulation verification of fertilizer discharge uniformity was carried out,and the coefficient of variation of fertilizer discharge uniformity was 9. 85% . The simulation verification result was better than all the results of the single-factor experiment.This studycan providea reference fortheoptimal design of the single-trough external fluted wheel fertilizer discharger.
