Abstract:This paper reviews the research progress of welding technology forultra-fine grain cemented carbide woodworking tools,aiming to explore theoptimization of welding processes,analysis of welding defects and improvement measures.In recent years,with the rapid development of the woodworking machinery industry,higher requirements have been put forward for the welding qualityof ultra-fine grain cemented carbide woodworking tools.This paper first introduces the characteristics of ultra-fine grain cementedcarbideand itsapplication in woodworking tools,then analyzes in detail the causes of common welding defects like welding cracks,blade detachment and weld porosity, and proposes corrsponding control measures.Finally,it discusss the innovative directions of welding processes, such as the application prospect of gradient preheating-pulse welding composite technology. In the future,with the continuous optimizationof welding technologyandthedevelopmentof inteligentcontrol,the weldingqualityof ultra -finegrain cemented carbide woodworking tools is expected to be further improved,providing more eficient support for the woodworking industry.
