Abstract：Parental recycling isoneofthe key links inthe breeding processof seedcorn，which isof great significance for improving the comprehensive eficiency of seed corn production in China. The research on mechanized paternal parent recycling technologyforseedcorn production in Chinais stillinits infancy，and thereare stillproblems with poor field adaptability，low intellgence level，andlowoperational eficiencyofthemachineryduring operation， which affectthe production quality of seed corn.This article summarizes the research status of relevant equipment at home and abroad from two aspects：the procesing methods of male parent maize plants and the structure of the walking system of machinery.It elaborates on the research progress and innovative technologies of key components such as the male parent plant recycling deviceand the high ground clearance walking chasis.It is pointedout that the integration of agricultural machinery and high ground clearance universal chasis technology is an important driving forceforpromotingtheapplication upgradeof inteligent paternal harvesting equipment.It is clearthat China's intelligent paternal harvesting equipment is entering a period of rapid development，which is also a keyopportunity for China to folow up with international leading technology.Suggestions are provided for the research and development， technological innovation，and performance improvement of paternal harvesting equipment in China.
