Modal Analysis of the Front Subframe of the Hilly High-speed Rice Transplanter

Abstract:A modal analysisof the front sub-frame of the hilly high-speed transplanting machine was conducted using ANSYS Workbench finite element analysissoftware,thereby determining the natural frequencies of thefront subframe.The first natural frequency is 43Hz ,which is significantly higher than the excitation frequencies from the engineandthe ground,indicating that the front sub-frame will not experience resonanceleading to damage to the machine structure,thus meeting the design requirements.
