Design and Research of COMSOL-based Adjustable Flow Rate Water Fertilizer and Medicine Integrated Machine

Abstract:Aiming at the problems in current plant protection operations (e.g.,separate watering,fertilizing,and spraying leading to unsynchronized water-fertilizer application,severe fertilizer waste,soil fertilizeraccumulation, and soil compaction),this study designed an adjustable flow rate water-fertilizer-pharmacy integrated machine to complete watering,fertizing,and spraying in one operation. Based on ANSYS Workbench and COMSOL software, the 12- order constraint modal analysis and flow field analysis were carried out respectively on the liquid delivery systemof the integrated water-fertilizer-pharmaceutical machine,andthe minimumvibration frequencyof thedelivery system was 300.7Hz ; the motor operation frequency was 50Hz . At the liquid input pressure of 0.3MPa ,the maximum velocity of liquid in the main pipe was 9.02m/s ,occuring at the bottom position of the main pipe. At the liquid input pressure 0.55MPa ,the maximum velocity of liquid in the main pipe is 36.69m/s . Through the modal analysisof thedelivery systemandflow fieldanalysis,itisconcludedthat the water fertizerand medicineintegrated machine designed in this study meets the design requirements,and the studycan provide areference forthe research and development of crop plant protection equipment.
