Design and Optimization of Air Tightness Detection System for Multi-Layer Pleated Rubber Components

Abstract:Aimingatthe problemsof insuffcient stabilityandlow detectioneffciencyof traditional direct pressure leakage detection technology in practical application,anew detection scheme has been developed.Through the optimizationdesign of the pneumatic system,the recognition accuracyof the tinyair leaks issignificantly improved.By selecting high-precisionsensors andanti-interference circuits,theauthenticityof thedetection signal is ensured. The modular mechanical structure is adopted to improve the environmental adaptability of the equipment.The selfdeveloped intellgent analysisalgorithmachievesmilisecond-level leakagedetermination.Through the verificationof automotive parts,medical devices and other scenarios,the improved system detection eficiency is increased by more than 40% ,and the false alarm rate is reduced to less than 0.5% ,which provides a cost-effective solution for the industrial qualityinspection field.
