Application of Advanced Resin-Matrix Composites in Autoclave-Molded Aviation Components

Abstract:Advanced resin-matrix composites (APMCs),featuring lightweight, high strength,and fatigue resistance, have become core materials forthe lightweighting ofaviationcomponents.Autoclavemolding technology isa key technique for their high-quality manufacturing.This papersystematically combs through the definition,clasification, performanceadvantages of APMCs,and the principles of autoclave molding. Combined with application cases of typical aviation components such as fuselages,wings,engines,and inlet ducts,itanalyzes their technological breakthroughs andengineering values.Aiming at chalenges such as highcosts and complex processes,it forecasts development trends towards low-cost and intelligentization.Thispaper can provide theoretical references for the design and manufacturing of composite aviation components.
